The group ROULLIER, (agri-chemicals, agri-supplies and agri-food) has taken control of the Spanish firm MAGNA (annual turnover of FF 130 million with a workforce of 150 and an annual production of 12,000 tonnes), a manufacturer of magnesium oxide, used notably in fertilisers and animal feed.
