ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) transport

In France, the transport and logistics group BILS-DEROO (FF 700 million turnover in 1999 with 500 trucks) has paid an undisclosed amount for the assets of the transport companies NEW TRANSUNION, GODARD and STETRANS. Gathered on the same site, these companies hav an accumulated turnover of FF 150 million, employ 250 people and have a fleet of 160 trucks.
