The Belgian computer group REAL SOFTWARE has concluded an agreement with the publishing house VUM. It provides for SYDES, VUM subsidiary, taking a 5% stake in HOTRATE.COM NV, REAL SOFTWARE subsidiary for an undisclosed amount.
