According to European Commission, ‘Ukraine Facility’ has already begun to achieve its objectives in its first year

09/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 9 September, the European Commission announced that, after a year of implementation, the Ukraine Facility was already producing “rapid results and accelerating the accession process”. For 2024, the Commission has earmarked €19.6 billion, including €16.1 billion paid directly into the Ukrainian budget (Ukraine Plan, worth €38.3 billion until 2027).
