In a recommendation adopted by 473 votes to 114 with 58 abstentions, Parliament gave its approval on Tuesday 9 September to the conclusion of an Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (EPCA) with Kyrgyzstan signed on 25 June 2024.
