Hungary urged to comply with EU Court of Justice judgement on agricultural sales prices

15/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 15 February, the European Commission decided to send a letter of formal notice to Hungary for failing to comply with the judgement of the Court of Justice of the European Union on agricultural sales prices (Case No. C-400/19).
