Final warning to Slovenia over transposition of energy performance of buildings directive

25/01/2018 (Agence Europe) – In a reasoned opinion dated Thursday 25 January, the Commission has ordered Slovenia to transpose all the requirements of Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings into its national law correctly. In particular, the Commission has found that the Slovenian legislation does not ensure that energy performance certificates are displayed in buildings frequently visited by the public.
