Brussels, 05/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a judgement (Case C-222/07) of Thursday 5 March, the Court of Justice of the European Communities rules that a member state must place television operators under an obligation to earmark part of their operating revenue for the funding of European films and telefilms.
