Brussels, 05/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - Zambia is the first African country of the group of ACP States (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) to have signed, on Thursday 5 March in Lusaka, a Millennium Development Goal (MDG) contract with the European Commission.
