05/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 4 March, the European Commission gave its approval to the proposed acquisition of v.d. Linde Arzneitmittel GmbH (v.d. Linde) by Sanacorp Pharmahandel GmbH (Sanacorp), two German wholesalers in pharmaceutical products. The Commission considers that the concentration is not expected to significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area or any significant part of it. (L.C./transl.rh)
