Brussels, 05/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament will be meeting for a plenary session on Monday 9 March - Friday 12 March in Strasbourg. This session will focus on budget guidelines for 2010 and the maritime package, and the European Commission will make important declarations on the Eastern partnership, healthcare personnel in Europe and child reception facilities.
