05/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 5 March, the European Commission authorised the proposed concentration by the companies Strabag SE (Austria) and Kenna Bau Andreae GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) to acquire joint control of the undertaking Hermann Wellmann Tiefbau GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) by way of a purchase of shares. Wellmann specialises in construction services and production and sales of building materials, and mining of sand and gravel. (O.L./transl.rh)
