Androulla Vassiliou in Côte d'Ivoire to promote health and food safety measures

Brussels, 05/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - Androulla Vassiliou, European Health Commissioner, is to visit the Côte d'Ivoire from 4 to 6 March. During her stay, she will discuss health issues with her African counterparts. Such issues concern: human resources for health, access to medicines and the implementation of the European Development Fund as far as health is concerned.
