Brussels, 05/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 3 March, European Commission Vice-President Margot Wallström and Luc Van den Brande, President of the Committee of the Regions (CoR) presented Special Eurobarometer survey N° 307, “The role and impact of local and regional authorities within the European Union” which was carried out between October and November 2008.
