Brussels, 28/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 27 November 2008, the European Commission decided to take Spain to the European Court of Justice for failing to apply with the advertising rules of the EU “Television without Frontiers Directive” (Directive 89/552/EEC). Despite repeated requests from the Commission, Spain has not yet reduced television advertising time.
