28/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 27 November, EU Home Affairs Ministers agreed to open negotiations with Georgia on the conclusion of an agreement facilitating delivery of short stay visas at the same time as an agreement on the readmission of illegal immigrants.
