Saïd El Khadraoui believes agreement on Eurovignette is possible by parliamentary elections

Brussels, 28/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - After receiving the first 500 amendments for his report on the revised Eurovignette (proposal for a directive amending that on the taxation of heavy vehicles for the use of certain infrastructure), Saïd El Khadraoui (PES, Belgium) remains confident.
