Committee immigration recommendations to be considered in Council, says Schäuble

Brussels, 28/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - Just prior to the meeting of EU Justice and Home Affairs Ministers on Thursday afternoon, Committee of the Regions (CoR) rapporteur on immigration and integration Werner Jostmeier (EPP, Germany) gave German Federal Interior Minister Wolfgang Schäuble the CoR recommendations for a common immigration policy in Europe.
