28/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 27 November, the EU Council of Minsters adopted, without debate, a decision authorising the conclusion of an agreement with China to enhance administrative cooperation to prevent the misappropriation of drug precursors and substances used for the illegal production of drugs and psychotropic substances.
