Bordeaux Council calls for greater EU cooperation and application of principles set out in Copenhagen in 2002

Brussels, 28/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - Education and training ministers from the 27 EU member states, EFTA, EEA and candidate countries adopted a communiqué at the informal meeting organised in Bordeaux in France on Wednesday 26 November 2008, attended by EU Commissioner Jan Figel. The communiqué aims to increase cooperation in education and professional training.
