28/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - Broadband penetration in Europe continues to grow, going from 18.2% in July 2007 to 21.7% in July 2008, the European Commission is pleased to point out. Denmark and the Netherlands are still world leaders with a penetration rate of over 35% and Bulgaria is beginning to move upward, from 5.7% to 9.5%.
