European lawyers still waiting for European Criminal Law Ombudsman

Brussels, 12/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Council of the Bars and the Law Societies of the EU (CCBE) wants to see the creation of a European Criminal Law Ombudsman. This was the outcome of a debate held in Trier (Germany) by the European Law Academy (ERA) and the CCBE on 7 April attended by many lawyers, judges and EU officials.
