12/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - An agreement between the European Community and Albania on the re-entry of illegal immigrants will come into force on 1 May 2006. The agreement was endorsed in November 2005 by the General Affairs and External Relations Council (see Europe 9064) and by the Justice and Home Affairs Council in April of the same year (see Europe 8928).
