12/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - At its meeting on 19 April, the European parliament Fisheries Committee will adopt reports by: - Jan Maat (EPP-ED, Netherlands) on re-building European eel stocks; - Sean O'Neachtain (UEN, Ireland) on coastal fishing problems; - Duarte Freitas (EPP-ED, Portugal) on the extension of the fisheries protocol with SaoTomé and Principle; - and Pedro Guerreiro (GUE/NGL, Portugal) on the fisheries agreement with Angola.
