French company VALLOUREC (solder-free tubes) has acquired 75% of the Indian company CST, which specialises in tubes for cooling circuits in power stations, through its subsidiary VALTIMET. The aim is to achieve through this subsidiary, re-named CST VALINOX, an annual turnover of 15 million euro.
