12/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - An agreement between the European Community and Denmark on extending the application of the Dublin II and Eurodac regulations to Denmark came into force on 1 April 2006. The agreement was endorsed by the Council of the EU on 21 February this year (see Europe 9166).
