Brussels, 12/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 10 April, Spanish Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Minister Elena Espinosa expressed her satisfaction after EU Member States agreed to allocate Spain 95 of the 119 licences in the fisheries agreement between the EU and Morocco (see EUROPE 9171).
