12/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 20 April, the European Court of Auditors will publish its second special report 2006 analysing the performance of projects financed under the Tacis (Technical Assistance to the Commonwealth of Independent States) Programme in the Russian Federation. Over 7,000 million euro have been allocated to this programme during the period 1991-2006. The Russian Federation has received about 40% of all funding.
