In the early hours of 16 December, the European Council in Brussels reached agreement on the EU Financial Perspectives for 2007-2013 (see Summit conclusions in Special Issue No. 9092). In the EUROPE/Documents series, we are publishing in French and English the full deal the Member States finally agreed upon, which will now be negotiated with the European Parliament (see EUROPE 9093 on initial reactions from MEPs, and EUROPE 9094 on European Parliament's debate with Tony Blair).
