22/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Under point A on 8 December, the Employment and Social Affairs Council adopted the new directive on the use of vehicles hired without a driver for the international transport of goods by companies established in a different Member State. The new divertive simplifies and replaces Directive 84/674/EEC, combining all the various amendments into a single amendment.
