22/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its endorsement to the proposal for the creation of a joint venture between VSE AG, which belongs to the German group, RWE AG, and Cegetel SA, in Luxembourg. The joint undertaking will group VSE NET GmbH and Cegecom and will operate in the telecommunications sector. The operation was examined according to simplified procedure.
