22/12/2005 (Agence Europe) -The European Union's Facility for Euro-Mediterranean Investment Partnership (FEMIP) is lending Syria EUR 100 mil for its Third Rural Telecom Project to connect up 430,000 new customers in 4300 villages in rural areas with the worst coverage.
