BIC fails to win court over to idea of BIC cigarette lighters being an EU trademark

Luxembourg, 22/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of First Instance has rejected French company BIC's request for the three-dimensional shape of its cigarette lighters to be an EU trademark.
