22/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Budapest Airport Rt. of Hungary by Fraport AG of Germany and HAH Limited of the UK, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG of Germany. The European Commission has also granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Budapest Airport Rt. (Budapest Airport) of Hungary by Hochtief AirPort GmbH (HTA.) of Germany and Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec...
