Go-ahead to Sephora/El Corte Ingles partnership in Spain

Brussels, 11/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The proposal for the creation of a joint company between the distributor of cosmetic products, Sephora, which belongs to the French group, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH), and the Spanish shops, El Corte Inglés, has been endorsed by the European Commission.
