11/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Italy has requested the registration of an Protected Appellation of Origin for 'Oliva Ascolana del Piceno', stuffed olives in brine of the variety Ascolana tenera from the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Teramo (Marche and Abruzzi regions). The request was published in Official Journal C59 of 9 March 2005.
