Brussels, 11/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - On a visit to Brussels, Jaya Krishna Cuttaree, minister for foreign affairs, international trade and regional cooperation of Mauritius, explained to the press on Thursday that he is standing for the post of Director General of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) because he wants to contribute to an inclusive multilateral trade system creating sustainable development for all, and to plug the increasing gap between rich and poor countries.
