11/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Spanish company Mivisa Envaces S.A. (Mivisa) by Sofamen XXI S.L., belonging to the CVC group, also of Spain. CVC provides investment and management advice and manages investment funds. Mivisa is an international manufacturer of metal food packaging containers and lids based in Spain. It is active mainly in Spain, France and Portugal.
