Brussels, 11/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the risk of breaking the coalition of the six so-called countries of rigour (Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden and Austria), the finance ministers of Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden have published a non-paper warning that there will be no agreement on the “expenditure” plank of the forthcoming financial perspectives without an agreement on the “revenue” plank of the budget.
