United Kingdom to take Commission to Court over decision on company taxation in Gibraltar

Brussels, 15/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The United Kingdom has taken the Commission to the Court of Justice over a decision from last March, stating that the reform of company tax in Gibraltar could give an unfair tax advantage to certain types of business in the enclave, compared to their Spanish and British neighbours.
