Brussels, 15/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Following discussions (at foreign affairs level on Monday in Luxembourg: EUROPE yesterday pp 3-5) at the intergovernmental conference on the European constitution and in the context of the European Council on Thursday and Friday, Elmar Brok (CDU) and Klaus Hänsch (SPD), European Parliament representatives at the IGC, welcomed a certain progress obtained by the Irish presidency.
