15/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Alliance of Free Trade Unions denounces in a press release on Monday the many examples of "parachuting" decided by Romano Prod's Commission. The OSP (trade union and staff association) considers that the Commission uses external procedures outrageously for the advancement of cabinet members who do not have the required qualifications.
