Difficulties in Czech Republic and Poland after European elections - Britain stands firm - Agreement on Friday or never, Franco Frattini says

Brussels, 15/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Out of the European governments punished by European elections last week, those of the Czech Republic and Poland seem particularly weakened on the eve of a decisive European Council.
