ACP/EU Council welcomes potential opportunities of enlargement for ACP/EU partnership, but ACPs have misgivings

Gaborone, 07/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The historic nature of the first enlarged ACP/EU ministerial session, which came to an end in Gaborone, Botswana, was unanimously seen as promising for the partnership between the 79 ACP countries and the 25 EU Member States, but there were also misgivings that ACP States alone expressed.
