07/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - David Harley, currently press director at the European Parliament, will be leaving his post in coming weeks to return to the DG2 where he will henceforth be concerned by delegations. This decision was taken in the context of the last series of appointments approved by the EP Bureau. José Liberato, succeeds to the post of Audiovisual Press Director, as well as Institution spokesman.
