HOCHTIEF (turnover EUR 31.5 million during first quarter 2004), the German number one of BTP, has acquired the building management subsidiary of the airline LUFTHANSA for an undisclosed amount. The subsidiary is one of the market leaders in Germany with 2,200 employed and a turnover of EUR 180 million in 2003.
