ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) logistics

Swiss KUHNE & NAGEL (annual turnover above EUR 6 billion) and the French company FM LOGISTICS (annual turnover EUR 315 million) have created a 50-50 joint venture. Named COLOGIC, it will meet the needs of logistical management in the high tech sector. Based in Luxembourg, it employs around 900 and aims at a turnover of EUR 100 million in the next two years.
