ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

Dutch KPN has concluded an agreement with HTCC - HUNGARIAN TELEPHONE AND CABLE CORP to sell it its telecommunications business in Hungary carried out by PANTEL, of which it holds 75.2% of the capital. The amount of the operation has not been disclosed.
