The diversified American group CENDANT has acquired the Dutch company LANDAL GREEN PARKS, specialised in the operation and commercialisation of holiday homes, for the sum of around $150 million. LANDAL has some 9,000 bungalows in 53 locations (Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Czech Republic).
