Luxembourg, 16/02/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Court of Justice published a press release in which it states that its president, Vassilios Skouris, agreed Commission versus Council proceedings over the Stability and Growth Pact should be subject to accelerated procedure, to allow the Court to give a ruling more rapidly than if it were to go through the normal procedure (from 18 months to two years).
